All orders placed with Kaia’s Kreations LLC are final sale. No refunds, no exchanges — unless a mistake is made on our end. Please read everything below carefully before placing your order. By checking out, you agree to this policy.
ID & CARD VERIFICATION REQUIRED
Every single order requires both ID and card verification.
- The name and shipping address on your order must match the name and address on your valid, non-expired ID.
- The name on your payment card must also match your order name and ID.
- The last 4 digits on your card must be visible — we can see them on our end, so they must match.
No expired IDs. No mismatched names. If anything doesn’t match, your order will be canceled.
CANCELLATION & PARTIAL REFUNDS
If your order is canceled because you didn’t follow these rules — whether you refused to verify, ignored the policy, or used the wrong info — you will not get a full refund.
You’ll get back between 90%–96% of your total, depending on your payment method, order size, and where you live. Why? Because payment processors don’t refund us their fees, so we can’t refund you 100%.
In some cases, if the issue was due to customer negligence (not reading, not responding, or providing false info), refunds may go as low as 90%.
HOW VERIFICATION WORKS
After you order, you’ll get an Order Verification Form emailed to you within 12 hours.
You must fill it out and send it back within 5 business days.
The faster you submit, the faster your order will ship.
If you don’t respond in time, your order may be canceled and partially refunded.
IF YOU CANCEL ON YOUR OWN
If you cancel because:
- You changed your mind
- You don’t want to verify
- You used the wrong name/address
- You didn’t read the policies
You will still only be refunded 90–96% of the total. No exceptions.

FINAL NOTICE
All sales are final.
If the issue is on your end — mismatched info, refusal to verify, or not reading — you will not be fully refunded.
If we make a mistake, we’ll fix it. Otherwise, it’s your responsibility to follow all posted instructions.
